故事​

Umbrella公司及其致命病毒已经被摧毁和控制，可是却出现新的；更具危险性的病毒。在Raccoon City事件之后多年，Chris Redfield一直与世界生物武器所带来祸害斗争，现在作为生物恐怖主义安全评估联盟（BSAA）的成员，被派往非洲调查一种将民众转变为具侵略性及令人不安的生物制剂，并与当地的BSAA特工Sheva Alomar会合，二人一起合作，解决令人不安的背后之真相。
